I was a customer for about 4 years. Lately, after every fill, I had to return to have at at least one crack (in nail bed) repaired. The last time this happened, I had 5 deep cracks in a week. I returned to have them fixed and expressed my disappointment. At the end of the appointment, the technician told me that I had to pay as she did a lot of work. If they were done properly in the first place, there would have been no need for me to return a week later. I will never go back.

Got my eye brows waxed and the lady waxed half of my eye brow off.. she said “make up can fix”. Never been so upset. Never going back and this is right near my house. A shame. I do not recommend… they lost my business.

My pedicure went fine. My manicure 10/10 worst experience here. They were not direct with expectations, made me wait over 10 minutes just to get started and could not meet my expectations despite making me change what I wanted more than three times. At the end I requested my names to be slimmer and the girl began to protest that she doesn’t want to do it. As a paying customer, I really shouldn’t have to argue much to receive the service I came in to get. Won’t be coming back. Wasted my time and money. I’m just going to go elsewhere and do a different nail job completely.

They're fairly priced and all very friendly.You pay $1 at your first visit to get your own nail file and buffer block, and you take it with you and bring it back to your next appointment so you know it's not being used on other people. They retreive their equiptment from a sterilizing machine so you know those are clean. I have been to other places and this place will always be my favorite. My nails always look great, they don't break or chip, and they take care to make sure they're even on both hands.

Usually like this place.Got pedicure today. Bottom of feet are still very rough. Didn't shape the nails at all. Didn't file the tops so everything looks bumpy. Got paint all over my toes and didnt bother cleaning it. No idea why I spent money on this. There was no line up.

The work was excellent. The girl was in a hurry to finish. It was not at all busy. I went for a Pedi. This is my usual place that I get my pedi and mani.I advised them will not return.
