The Victoria

This place has been extremely welcoming and management has been great. The upkeep of the building and grounds are extremely clean. I have been here for two years now and it feels like home. The manager is available to help with issues not that there is any but always willing to assist. I am looking forward to the next two years or longer as a tenant. Great job management.

I’ve been here for a year so far and have loved it!! Walking to Harvest Cafe 1 minute from here has been the best bonus :) building is so nice and modern!

The Victoria is a great place to live, and I can't recommend it highly enough.The managers are responsive to tenant questions and concerns (often within the hour, always within 24 hours), and the building itself is very quiet, and focused on the security, safety, and well-being of the tenants and property itself. The building is clean, and the landscaping is always well-kept.The building is also very conveniently located; it's close to the hospital, schools, grocery stores and many other amenities; it's adjacent to downtown, which means you get the benefit of all the downtown amenities, without having to put up with the noise that sometimes accompanies the downtown core. It's literally less than five minutes to be able to attend the Summer Farmers Market from your front door.

Management thinks they can make up rules that contravene the BC Tenancy Act. If you want to live in a dictatorship, this is the place for you. I should also mention it is not in the most desirable part of Chilliwack. If your a female be prepared to feel unsafe leaving the building at night.

The Victoria apartments is a great place to live. It is very close to the re-vamped downtown core with many new shops, restaurants and stores. The apartment themselves are essentially still brand new and built in 2021 and features high security items such as secure parking, fob access, cctv and police checks for tenants. If you have ever locked your keys out (I have to admit to this) the super lovely property manager who lives in the building can let you in! The neighbours are super friendly and overall it has been a great place to call home for the last 2 years :)

One of the safest and very well maintaned apartment complexes in Chilliwack. Blessed to be a Tenant of this Place with an Awesome management. Marlene takes care of the place and keeps the place in an immaculate condition. All tenants are very kind and respectful and a bunch of quality people. I'm proud to call this place home and Thank you for all the hard work making this a livable place.

Great well kept building in the heart of town, management takes good care of the building. Always lots to do in the area, overall a great place to live!

This was the first apartment we viewed when we decided to move to Chilliwack. The cleanliness and upkeep of the building is pristine and the location is perfect. But the friendliness and welcoming we received from the management was the deal clincher. We have only been here a few months but already it feels like home.

Safe and secure apartment, well maintained, and convenient downtown location. Suites are new and fully applianced. South facing apartments have great mountain views. Large balconies are a plus. Management is communicative and responsive.

The Victoria is a safe, well-maintained and conveniently situated building within walking distance of various amenities, such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, breweries, and local coffee shops. Additionally, a Central Community Park is located across from the building, perfect for a stroll, with the bonus of hosting seasonal events. To top the above, the managers, Marlene and Norman, are professional, friendly, courteous, and willing to assist residents. Lastly, you will be rewarded with stunning views throughout all seasons.
