Their customer service is amazing, they are so quick to respond on Instagram. They have unique products that make excellent gifts (like Tutti Frutti and personalized aprons). I love supporting them whenever I can.

Love, Love, Love this place. Excellent customer service and communication. Rain was on the horizon and my toddler had outgrown his old things. I was able to place my order and get it delivered same day so my baby would stay dry and be as snug as a bug :)

I found this store while browsing online for some items for my toddler. I love the quality of the brands that they carry and the fact that their own brand is made right here in Canada. The selection is wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. My order was processed and shipped so fast! I was impressed with how quickly it arrived and was so pleased to see the items were wrapped and packaged with care. The customer service is fantastic and I’ve already placed another order. Will definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend Snug As A Bug!

Fantastic neighborhood kids store. In the past we've repeatedly bought high quality kids shoes here, umbrellas, rain boots, sunscreen, etc. The store is well stocked and run, holding all the key items a growing family needs. When I recently needed help picking out a gift, they were extremely helpful and patient as I navigated through a variety of options. Highly recommended!

Fast service, high quality product. No fuss, no problems. The only complaint I have is the shipping cost. It really was a drawback at the holiday time. The product itself were two light as a feather Santa hats, so it couldn't have been that costly to ship. The 5 stars is for the product and fast delivery.

Great selection and quality products! I have shopped both online and in-person and always found what I needed. Most recently we purchased my son some Yeti gloves which he loves. They have kept him warm and dry, are easy to put on, and he can still pick up every neat stick he finds on the walk, so he’s happy! I have often come to the store saying “Quick! I need a last minute birthday gift! They are 6 and have all the basics.” and I am immediately presented with like 5 different options and some creative ideas.

The Junction's best toy store! My little one loves the toys that Snug as a Bug carries--we feel so lucky to have a store close by that has such an array of educational and fun toys! My parents who live out west made an online order to send my son a few new cars/trucks and they were ready for pick up almost immediately! Great customer service--safe, contactless pick up. <3

Snug as a Bug has a great selection of quality toys and baby/kid stuff - my go-to local spot for everything from gifts to eating utensils to hats (we love their sun hats especially, and that they're locally made). Customer service is always excellent, especially when I am looking for advice or recommendations about what to get. They've adapted well to pandemic restrictions with their expanded website + window/doorway counter and curbside pickup, although I look forward to browsing in store again.

Great selection of baby and kids items. Their sun hats are the best! My snug as a bug hat is the only one I can manage to get my baby to wear, and the size adjustability is great, she'll probably get three summers out of it. I had a warranty issue with one item, and they worked with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. The curbside pick up process is quick and easy.
