My appointment with Dr.Garg was unsettling. She was late to the appointment and then in a rush. We experienced technical difficulties during our virtual health appointment and that made 'clear communication' difficult. She was both dismissive and invalidating. She appeared to not understand my symptoms, and gave me an ultimatum either, RA / Rheumatoid Arthritis, shows up in the blood test and I can see you again, or there will be no follow up appointment, essentially leaving me with no answers to my symptoms and my suffering. I began to cry and she asked, what happened, as if I stubbed my toe, and she seemed disconnected to the fact that the reason behind my crying was the pain and suffering I am experiencing. She was insensitive and didn't really offer any genuine comfort to how I was feeling during the assessment. She also made statements like, make sense? Which I didn't feel comfortable agreeing to because honestly, it all didn't make very much sense. I felt pressured to agree with what I did not understand clearly. I was disappointed with my experience and will seek a second opinion.

Great staff, and knowledge doctors who take time to listen to symptoms. Excellent care here.
