My boyfriend surprised me with flowers from this place for my birthday. They delivered it at the time he requested and with a handwritten note. The flowers were beautifully arranged and every single one of them were fresh. The attention to detail is incredible!

Horrible service! With a history of not delivering orders without notice or communication. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM if you want your order to confidently be delivered.Now this is the second time I have had orders not show up without any communication from this shop.This time it’s Valentine’s Day. Placed the order 5 days ahead of time and received both confirmations that the flowers would be delivered Feb 14th. I order 2 different bouquets totally $300.As the day goes on, no flowers show up. I call the shop 5 times between 4 PM and 5 Pm (when the shop closes). No one answers the phone, and they don’t have an answering machine.So without cancelling my order, or telling me that they couldn’t fulfill the order they just didn’t deliver the flowers…. On Valentine’s Day.Left me scrambling for last minute flowers. Would suggest going elsewhere if you want to make sure your order if fulfilled.

they got my order online on 13th-Feb at afternoon for Valentine which was the next day, and gave me the confirmation. But not only they didn't deliver but they didnt even let me know that they didnt even got my order in reality, and it was just a thing on their website and not real. Their response was they stopped taking orders on 12th .The result of their miscommunications is that now someone thinks we dont care about them cause they got no flower or no gift, unless I show them my email as evidence that i actually committed to pay $150 for some flowers.

My work ordered flowers for the bereavement of my mother. Somehow there was a mixup and the flowers were sent somewhere else. Jody took it upon herself to fix the problem and also gave me an extra bouquet! She went above and beyond and delivered them personally! Exceptional!

I ordered a bouquet online last week and asked them to modify the bouquet to have orange flowers and ribbon. The bouquet turned out absolutely beautiful and I was very happy with their service!

Unfortunately, I was supposed to get a delivery of flowers from a friend today. I talked to Jodi and she was very nice but said they couldn’t find the house for drop off. Gave instructions and she said they’d drop them off outside so I could get them and Jodi was super sweet.When I still didn’t see the flowers, I called back to see if the house had been found and whoever answered was extremely rude, even answering the call. Told me to talk slower over and over again when I was trying to explain (I just got jaw surgery so talking is a little hard) and then started mocking the fact that I had jaw surgery (saying she had surgery on Tuesday and she can talk fine—essentially get over it). And then said that she said that she speaks and understands English well so she have no problem understanding me (which again, got jaw surgery?) I asked to talk to Jodi but she wouldn’t let me. That was the most unprofessional call from a business I’ve ever had, I’m actually in shock a little. I didn’t want to call back.Jodi, thanks for being kind.

Ordered online for store pickup, flowers were fresh and ready for me upon my scheduled arrival time! The arrangement was exactly as ordered, service was warm, friendly and efficient. Flowers stayed fresh and beautiful for several days!
