at around 4 am in the morning saw parking enforcing vehicle did not use a turn signal when going on to John A McDonald but also decided it was alright to do 60-80 mph in a residential area. - 5 stars

We have a lot of people who park illegally near our home and parking enforcement people are always very polite and thorough when handling our complaints. I wish we didn't have to get to know their service so well, but they are very professional and do their jobs well.

I called Parking Enforcer and no one pick up the phone, ever! Just leave a message? So i called police but they still transfered me to parking Unit . I called them and they asked for info, 30mins no one came until the owner of the vehicle left!!! So i guess the people who parked inthedriving lane will be parking there again! I called TRAFFIC ENFORCER BEFORE BUT NO ONE CAME!

Please tell me how is appropriate for one of your parking enforcement officers to threaten me with a ticket less than 30 seconds after i park? I'm disabled with a disabled plate AND placard! Sorry im not able to somehow be outside my vehicle 5 seconds before it stops necayse apparently you have to somehow pay for parking before you're allowed to stop!

Shady, sneaky city parking services gave out tickets for “straight-in” (right angle) parking at Avalon Dog Park on Saturday of Canada Day long weekend 2019, even though the lot is clearly designed for rt. angle parking and parking has been done this way for 15+ years. they refer to bylaw 7200, Saying if there’s no signage you must parallel park. No warnings, no signs, just tickets. Dirty tactics!

The phone is rarely answered so messages have to be left. When they finally call back they say they will do something about the vehicle parked on the street blocking you into your driveway but 5.5 hours later and they have done NOTHING.

if I could give 0 I would. They must have been trolling around our hood between midnight and 7 and booted my vehicle for parking tickets. 24/7 service.... cant answer a phone... to busy out trolling the residential streets making this city money

Complete incompetence, lately! Why is the staff not held accountable for NOT doing their job?? Cars parked for well over 4 hours in a 2 hour residential area, so they don't have to PAY to park, BUT we as residents HAVE to pay for OUR residential parking permits!! Absolutely shameful the city does not hold staff accountable!
