Tons of product, and usually decently clean/organized inside. Some products can be a bit pricey though. Sometimes I just feel bad for buying from pet stores though because I feel bad for the caged animals.

Store was clean and well mapped out with easy to find items. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and offered friendly advice on questions asked. Wonderful interactions with my puppy and helped me better understand my new snail purchase.

Store has great selection! Five star for that! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Customer service ZERO! I don’t have a pet, just shopping for a dog’s gift. First time shopping at Pet Value.Maybe it’s my fault that I did not add two in the cart to get the promo, but because the website was unclear that two products must be added to get the promo—only says buy one get one free, my assumption is it will automatically be added. Since lots of online stores are like that, except pet value’s website obviously.Instead of getting help right away because of this issue, i have to fight for it first, and they have to tell me again and again; I did not add 2 in the cart. ok I get it! eventually they gave me the promo, but they weren’t happy about the mistake i did— not adding two in the cart — because whoever helped me clearly says that on her face.

Love Pet Valu. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and care about our pets. Another thing I love is that they also fundraise for our local humane society and rescues in the area which I think is absolutely amazing! ❤️

Great staff! Super knowledgeable, and always so helpful. They know us by name, or at least my dog haha! It's her favorite stop in town!
