Best Western Plus City Centre/Centre-Ville

The Italian restaurant in the hotel was outstanding. I recommend it. Breakfast was also outstanding. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Location is nice, however the rooms have paper thin walls, we got to listen to our neighbors tv and their talking also can hear dogs barking. If you want a decent amount of quiet don’t stay here.

I spent 2 nights , great location ,15 min waking to old quebec , room quality and cleanliness is ok . The only thing to highlight is the service on restaurant during breakfast the service staff is not engaged to provide a good experience in my case they forgot about my order , took forever to bring the food compared to other tables .

I would have given it 2 out of 5, but the front desk staff was courteous and accommodating - complimentary parking (due to the length of our stay and size of our group), and a late checkout. Rooms were standard, but the windows overlooked the inner courtyard and hallways across. Breakfast was horrible - rude waiter who smelled of cigarette smoke, omelet was rubbery like it had been under a heat lamp from the day before and smelled rancid. I ate cereal in my room for breakfast after that. Gym could use some better cleaning, and there was only a single dumbbell of each weight - who set that up?? Forget the pool - a screaming madhouse of kids. The ice machine was good.

I stayed 1 week (6 nights) in the hotel.The staff was nice and helpful, they allowed me to take my room by depositing the deposit fee in cash at the counter.The room was big enough for me (may be too big), double bed, enough space to store your luggages within the room. The rooms are equipped with a safe, a desk and a chair, a TV, and a single sofa.The bathroom was nice, enough space to walk-in freely, the room is equipped with air conditioning, the shower can be used as a bath and vice versa.The bar / restaurant is seving all types of beers cocktails and specific meals.The location is ok. It is located in the upper part of the city close to bus stations, shops and bars.The hotel is clean and quiet during the night. It is a good place to stay if you're planning to visit the city.

Amazing staff, great service, good hotel. We had pleasant stay. Simon, Leo, Xavier, Jeremy are the staff who helped us. They all are really friendly and provided good information.

Great hotel. Great beds, friendly staff. Only two minor negative points: parking is extra ($32/day at time of review), and the downtown sights are about 17 mins walk up hill. Would recommend!

We stayed here for the first weekend of Carnaval. We got in on Friday and we liked the hotel and the room. It was very neat and clean. The staff were very nice.Unfortunately, we were staying during the cold snap, so it limited our activities for the first two days.I was surprised that the hotel didn't have Smart TVs that allow streaming or at least casting from a device. We have stayed at several Best Westerns that have this capability, and it's a bit ridiculous that a Best Western Plus doesn't.Mind you, if we had been able to enjoy a movie, it would have been disrupted by the hockey teams that were staying there. The parents were more interested in drinking than watching their kids, so they ran wild in the halls. I was surprised that this was allowed to go on to such an extent. I had to call the front desk when it kept up after 10 pm, and my own child's sleep was being disrupted by children whose parents don't care about them or what they do. It stopped after that for the night, at least on our floor. But the next day was the same thing with kids using the elevator like a carnival ride, filling both of them and and pressing every floor button - I shouldn't have to yell at other people's kids to have them not act like this. We complained to the desk and they did speak to them. It didn't help a lot. The hotel staff need to be more proactive about this - kick one disruptive family out in -45 windchill and I'm sure the word will spread that you still need to parent when you stay at a hotel.The parking situation is bad as well, $30 a night and one night we almost couldn't get a spot after we had paid.Breakfast should be included or made more clear when booking that it is an add-on. The buffet is not worth the price charged.The pool was nice, but again, disruptive children somewhat ruined the experience. It would be nice if staff checked in on occasion since parents can't parent. Three boys who were old enough to know better made it hard to enjoy with cannonballs, splashing and roughhousing. In addition, they made the pool deck wet so they could run and slide on it.All in all, I wouldn't stay here again and, if you want a relaxing stay, don’t go during hockey tournament season because those parents don't care and the staff aren't proactive about ensuring these families understand basic hotel etiquette.

Normally I stayed best western hotel during my work stays . Everywhere I went they offer us morning breakfast free. I assumed same here and I went downstairs to do the breakfast the manager over there behaved me very rudely as I have to go to the work and I am cable tech so I don’t have fancy cloths on me . Just track pant and work t-shirt . And he thought I just here without hotel booking or anything. He was not polite . He asked me my room number and I gave him my room number but the way he asked me it was so rude and sounds me criticizing. Even he look at me with very rude and as I amImmigrant i felt I was discriminated. So overall worst experience .
