Eve Cooper is a highly skilled massage therapist that finds all your tight muscles and sore spots. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and always checks in to make sure you're doing OK. I highly recommend booking a massage with Eve at Self Wellness in Warman!

This was my first visit to SELF wellness to get help with my headaches. It has a lovely calming atmosphere and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Connor was recommended to me by my son, and I was very impressed with him. He listened to my concerns and worked out a treatment plan.

Connor has helped my headaches and pain in my jaw so much. After 3 visits I’m already feeling 1000 times better than I have in a long time. He is extremely professional, and knowledgeable. He not only helped me with treatment, he explained what was happening. If you’re looking for a massage therapist that is smart, knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable, he is the person to see.

Eve has done an amazing job again, as I sent my mom in to see her. She was experiencing bad headaches from a previous car accident. After her appointment she was back to being herself, she didn't have the headache any longer and feels great!! Thank You Eve.
