The best and most friendly pet store I’ve been to. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. We bring the dogs in occasionally and the staff ask before giving them treats which I find very considerate!

First time coming to this location. Came in to purchase a bag of litter for some kittens I am fostering and the gal helping me was very pleasant and helpful. Went with one of the brands she recommended and was very pleased with the product after getting it home and using it.

Our rescue boy I terrified of nail trims- the young lady that helped us got the job done with the least amount of stress on our boy. She was amazing! Will definitely be bringing all our pet needs business here moving forward!

Wow Pet Valu what a New year service I got from Chappel location. I was there for my Rotties wash , I asked for treats and a girl approached me and was coming very close and i had to pull my boy close and informed her that please don’t enter into our space as he is over protective dog, he was wearing pong collar and she informed me that don’t pull him as I said I know how much I have to pull him as he is my life line and i m using it with advice of a trainer and every thing was good after.Then I saw she was dramatically narrating to other 3 associates at front and enjoying . All i told her that He is my boy , you should not be worried about him and he goes to Pet value Parsons Road regularly ( we have a account) .You don’t have to write an easy about my relationship and his as i m very possessive mom .I didn’t know what happened to her, she called the manager and made up story that I have a aggressive dog and manager asked us to leave the store because of the safety reasons…I am advising the staff to check the cameras after reading my review if my dog was aggressive in any point. I requested her that I can’t leave as I started my dog wash , let me finish and I would leave. I paid at counter, no body asked if I have account with Pet value, That associate did allow me to tell other staff that I have account all they were saying talk with customer service….Very poor experience at this location

I absolutely LOVE this location. The associates are very helpful and strive to give the best customer service. They treat your pet like their own and are always cheerful.

Good selection of pet supplies and on site pet grooming. Friendly staffs as well.
