Would definitely recommend my sales rep Alexandre Vézina who took care of my last 2 renewals which went super smoothly and professionally.Love my Subaru Crosstrek which keeps me and my family safe all year but especially in winter with its all wheel drive!

Despite being a fairly new car salesman, his customer service was 10/10 and very professional. I would recommend him anytime. My experience with Subaru Brossard was excellent and I'm very glad I got to have him as my salesman. This is the beginning of an exciting journey in my new WRX.

Asked for an appointment for a test drive a week ahead of time. A salesperson texted me to ask for time and date and vehicle etc. Drove out of my way to the dealership to be told that they don't have any to test drive. Wasted over an hour of my time, even though they had a week to let me know.But that's not even the worst part. In a supreme act of clownery, the salesperson asked if I'd like to talk about the details of the sale, assuming that I'd want to drop several tens of thousands of dollars at a merchant that lied to me and wasted my time.

Julien, the sales representative, is the best . Very thorough and knowledgeable about the Subaru brand. Great service.

I made an appointment for the maintenance of my vehicle 2 weeks in advance.I took half a day of vacation at work because they told me that the service would take 3 hours, the appointment was for 7:45 am, and the technical service told me that I would be ready by noon or they would call me. I went to have a coffee (starbucks that is next to the dealership) for 4 hours. I returned at noon as they told me and they had not done anything!!!!, I WASTED MY TIME, I took half a day of vacation to do this maintenance and they did nothing. They just returned my key and told me they would call me to find out what happened.So, now I have to take another half day off for them to do that service.

Ask for Julien Gagnon . He's a true car enthusiast and he can guide you through the best config for your car. Subaru is not trying to sale you cars with ridiculous markups on the pretense of low availability. What you see on their website is what you get at the dealership. Highly recommended. Also they happen to produce the best 4wd cars for Canada. Also subaru Brossard has a really good inventory you will find what you're looking for there for sure.

Poor customer service and total disregard for the returning customer. Nobody responded to my calls or emails and I had left multiple messages at the reception as well. Strongly suggest another dealership.
