My family visited this clinic many times. Our family doctor is Dr. Dana Sarca. This is one of the best doctors I've met in Canada. She does care about her patients. We all appreciate everything she does for us

Mevis Medix is a wonderful clinic that provides exceptional care and service. Dr.Khan is an exceptional doctor. She is always ready to answer any questions and concerns. Dr. Sarca is good aswell and The staff are equally impressive and cooperative. They are always willing to assist with anything. Overall, my experience with Mevis Medix has been exceptional. I have never had any troubles during appointments, and I have always felt that my health and wellbeing are their top priority.

I've been a patient with Dr. Hatem Naal at Mavis Medix, and I can't speak highly enough of his sincere level of care. Dr. Naal is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate doctor who truly cares about his patients. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, and I never felt rushed or like he was trying to move on to the next appointment.The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff are all friendly and professional. I felt well taken care of from the moment I walked in the door.They also have a reputable Guardian Pharmacy right within their location. I've found the prices to be very reasonable with insurance and the absolute ease of picking up my prescribed medication.Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Hatem Naal and Mavis Medix to anyone in need of medical care. This clinic has truly been a miracle for my family and I. Intially discovered them during the peak of the pandemic when many physicians including my own were not seeing individuals in person, yet Dr. Saima Khan was! An amazing doctor who truly goes the extra mile for her patients whether it be advocating or even seeking alternative non traditional treatments since we all know not everyone is a textbook definition patient. Been able to build such an amazing rapport with the Mavis Medix team that they have become an extention to our family. Unfortunately with many acute issues to battling chronic illnesses we've had frequent visits to the clinic but not once have we had an experience less than 5 stars! One also needs to understand that this is a mixed clinic. If you're walking in someone behind you may be more urgent due to their concerns and may be seen first. We have appreciated when they have escalated our visits and also understand and appreciate when we have to wait. Imagine if it's your loved one, just have some patience if there's a long wait time; the physicians here are worth the wait! Dr. Naal has also been exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in taking over our care! He's truly amazing. Both Dr. Naal and Dr. Khan are physicians that LISTEN, have empathy, take the time to explain anything to everything and most importantly are on your side! They will not rest until they know you're stable or doing okay! As a nurse, I can say I haven't seen or worked with many physicians with such desirable qualities and skills!

My experience at Mavis Medix Clinic has been exceptional! The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. Dr Dana Sarca is very competent, understanding, and warm. She has a data-based, all-round diagnostic approach to any issue that you take to her. I would highly recommend Dr Sarca to anyone looking for a family physician.

My experience with Dr Khan and Dr Naal has remained extremely pleasant. Every time I visit Dr Khan makes sure to fully understand all my needs and concerns and I highly recommend if anyone if looking for a family physician that they enroll themselves here.

He's a very patient Doctor who likes getting to the root cause of a problem as soon as possible and treating it right away. That's something I really like and haven't seen it elsewhere.
