Recommended by a friend and glad I followed through with the recommendation.Great service and a great spot. Vintage decor throughout the shop, and some great barbers who listen to what you like and are extremely professional with their service.Booking was extremely easy online, and checking in was a breeze.I definitely will be returning, if not for a haircut then for some great gift ideas from their shop, or for a cigar from their amazing selection.You will not be disappointed stopping by Village Cigar Company.

A decent sized walk-in humidor, with a good selection. They are however, more expensive than what is available locally and from another common online store, so I don't see myself buying from here again. Maybe they should consider lowering their markups to have a better stock turnover, which also means fresher cigars for their customers.

I have extremely sensitive skin and have been fighting irritation for my entire adult life. It has been so bad that the idea of shaving before I needed to see anyone wouldn’t occur unless I had about 2-3 hours for my skin to settle down. I called in for a recommendation and was met by a very knowledgeable gentleman that had nearly the same issues as me. He recommended 2 products and I’m now on my second shave with absolutely no irritation! (As a reference I am using a Henson AL13 safety razor which was another huge piece of this puzzle).The staff here were so helpful and such cool guys. I will definitely come back for more wet shave supplies!

Unbelievably rude. I've been a repeat customer at VCS Oakville for multiple years, as were my parents. I scheduled a haircut in the morning and unfortunately work piled up and I wasn't able to get off the phone and make it for my original or follow up appt. I called it and deeply apologized as a courtesy and the dink at the desk Chris blasted me for disrespecting them and hung up on me when he could've simply offered an alternative time and made it clear not to be late or there'd be a late fee. I run a business and sometimes customers don't show or need to reschedule. You don't lambaste them and rudely hang up on them, especially when they're long time customers. I won't go back and encourage anyone reading this to avoid the Oakville store at all costs. Many other barbershops (and cigar shops, for that matter) around who will appreciate your repeat business. Goodbye.

These guys are the real deal. The location has such a cool rustic vibe and they are very knowledgable about cigars. Had a few beard trims there as well and was very happy with the end result.

Just recently had a haircut from Ben, service was top notch, friendly, and affordable.I will be coming back. Any of the people that leave a negative review because they were late to their appointment and were refused service, good. You don’t deserve to be late to a place like this, you booked the appointment with them for a reason.

Always do a good job. All the barbers here are very professional and friendly. This is my go to barber shop and I never had a bad time once. Highly recommend.
