These people are living proof of poor management and no experience in servicing hot tubs. Their overcharging for work they claim was approved is totally dishonest.

So happy with the service we received from Calais and the staff there. Shortly after we moved into our home, the pump portion of the current generator on our Endless Pool didn't work properly (hoses vibrated after restarting the pool), and the system was loud. We're guessing the builder botched the installation (note that the pool was not initially purchased via Calais). Several months later, the pump was making an even louder, more concerning noise. Brian helped us sort out the issue and stuck with us through the journey, despite a few challenges along the road (not Calais's fault). I'm absolutely loving my peaceful, smooth swims and finally feel confident with our purchase of the Endless Pool. Thank you Brian and Calais.....highly recommend!
