I wanted to buy an adjustable helmet for my child for Christmas. The store refused to sell one to me without my child present in the store. They even refused to take one down from the wall in case I dropped it and then it would be no good to sell. I asked if I could just buy it and then I could resell if it did not fit and they refused. So I left and spent $250 on a helmet and boots at another store. Definitely will not be going back to this place. I am including a picture of the prettier helmet and prettier boots I purchased at another store.

I've been here only three times, but everytime had great customer service! I was also surprised to see that pricing isn't off-the-chart crazy... Like, it's assumed that anything horse" is ridiculously expensive
