EK Transmission And Auto Repair

I just took my car to EK Transmission for the second time, once for an alternator and the second time for a power steering hose. Still being relatively new to Cranbrook, I was weary about finding a new mechanic but I no longer have concerns about that. The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the mechanics are quick to get your vehicle back to you with the job done right. They also don't try to sell you work that isn't needed which can be an added concern, being a woman. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! I will have no worries about taking my car to them again and would freely recommend them!!! I'm so grateful for their great work and service and will take my vehicle her for as long as I'm in Cranbrook.

I had a clutch issue and was at my wits end. These guys, from the front counter to whoever did the work were amazing. I was billed only for the actual hours worked. My problem is solved and have already recommended them to my friends. They also are standing behind the repair for a full 2 years. I'm astonished. Thank you guys, the experience was 1st rate. I would give you 6 stars.

Ek Transmission went above and beyond with their service and Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Between their honesty, knowledge on transmissions and customer service, I would hands down recommend this shop. Thank you guys for all of your help as I dealt with the biggest lemon of my life. Haha.

Took alittle longer than expected, but parts were having a hard time shipping because of covid. The 2 yr/60,000km warranty definitely makes me feel better about the quality of work. If they are willing to stand behind it for that amount of time. I'm a happy customer. Thanks for getting me back on the road. Cheers.

An amazing shop to deal with! I had transmission concerns with a recently purchased used vehicle and the fellas at EK Transmisson ran a thorough transmission diagnosic. The test and results were explained to me in detail, which thankfully was all good news.Great guys to deal with, definately affordable pricing and an all around positive experience!!

Like WOW!!!! Now this place is awesome!!! My transmission blew and they got my truck in there and rebuilt it with a 2 year warranty! They changed my oil and did a 100 point inspection on the engine which came back with flying colors and fixed my door locks that weren't working. They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was in tip top condition before letting it leave their shop. They don't try to up sell you on anything and are the most honest shop I've ever been too. They literally care about their customers and I can't thank them enough for doing such a great job. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

As I had been told, EK Transmission was great to deal with. They were friendly, on time and right on the quote. Their customer service and work quality really shows.
