Issue on a new fridge with Whirlpool May 2020 delivered this is a company they use for whirlpool's warrenty coverage. First service he did not want to wash his hands, did not know why fridge is freezing inside and items. Then freezer is frosting on goods for the burn frost. He said it could be the themostat control? So ordered part, 3 weeks in 2nd service different guy, came at 8am surprise, it was a window of 8/11am but could have said forsure 8am it could be? As said 11am more likely? I had to go to work and I had someone here to have this repaired. Then he said nothing wrong with it and said it what it is. Then left 10min in. He did not want to wash hands either. I think they are waiting until next year as warrenty would be then expired? I am not impressed, For all my fridges I have never had this problem, and throwing good food out within 2 days. I would not use this company or recommend to anyone. Model #WRS321SDHZ04
