Please be awareLimited lifetime warranty is just a gimmickBought several jackets from this brand and it seems like the warranty is no longer valid after a certain number of years.Plus, they need a proof of purchase even if Office de la protection du consommateur says it's not mandatory for something with a ''lifetime warranty''

Terrible quality control. Extremely poor after sale services. We are in Australia, and purchased the jacket online. The jack came with stains and dirty. Extremely disappointed. They replied an email each day. After 3 emails in 3 days, the agent then asked for order number. Finally, no stock for exchange and only can do a refund. Now I have to dry clean without wearing.

Felt confident in my resolution provided by Sophie, other representatives should take her lead. She was quick and knowledgable!

Terrible quality coats and customer service. No onus from the company about defects. I bought the jacket 2 years ago, and all the threading is coming loose on the seams. I don't play any winter sports, and drive to the office in a car. There's been a total of 6 months of wear with the coat (2 3 month seasons). Customer service sends blanketed responses and don't stand behind their lifetime warranty, which is VERY LIMITING. It's unfortunate because I want to support domestic-made clothing, but this has been a huge let down. I own a Canada Goose and Parajumper and neither have had these issues after 5+ seasons. All customer service offered, was to ship the coat back to be re-stitched. As temperatures drop I don't want to be without a coat, and I don't want to send my coat into a factory as COVID #'s are rising to have it be in contact with several people. My Fiancee works in healthcare, and their rigid customer service is not empathetic or helpful. Save your money and choose another luxury brand that has proper customer service, not a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY limited lifetime warranty.

I bought a coat for my daughter last Saturday, I brought home and she tried , she found it was broken, I sent an email right way in the same day to ask if it can be repaired, I was asked to send the pictures of the bill and the coat. Then I got answer that it is “wear and tear”. I can’t believe it. I sent email on the same day of my bought, I even didn’t threw the labels.I was wrong because I believe moose knuckle is a good brand , it is not supposed to sell broken products, so I didn’t check carefully, I only checked the size and model, it is good for my daughter the I just took it. I got the lesson. I was mois knuckle’s loyal customer, but I will never buy again .I checked reviews, I found a lot of customers got same the same answers “wear and tear”, what kind of customer service!I was thinking moose knuckles should have the similar service with Canada goose, I found I was wrong.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I’ve encountered in my life. I have spoken to four different agents seeking for a refund as their shipping carrier lost my item. I am not going to wait the entire winter to get my jacket. I purchased a $995 jacket. I expect more than simply not dealing with my situation. I will not be purchasing from you guys ever again.

Terrible quality of coat I wore my coat for ONE WINTER ! And the threading is already coming out and they are telling me it’s wear and tear and I’m responsible for paying to have it repaired. This is honestly so sad and sick I could have bought a cheaper coat and saved my money. I don’t play sports and work from home somehow I managed to wear and tear a jacket that cost so much money
