CarStar is a professional, efficient and smoothly run business. The staff are friendly, and eager to help you with anything relating to your vehicle.My car was repaired in a beautiful and professional job, and returned cleaned and washed to my delightful surprise. Their work is superior.I gave it a 4 because they were so backed up with repair jobs, I had to wait months to get it repaired. But I would definitely recommend them.

The dealer was open on Christmas eve to get my car repaired. Winter is here and if I didn't have my car I wouldn't have made it home that night. Thank you Carstar Sydney for great updates and solid customer service. Front to back an amazing business.

If i could score this place in the negative I would. Horrible service, false information, missed deadlines and the rudest lady" I ever met working the front desk complete with a manager that is never available and does not return phone calls. I do not recommend this place

Not only was excellent service performed, the car was turned over to me looking like new in my opinion. When I got in my vehicle it was in pristine condition and obviously had been cleaned with care and attention. Sitting in the cup holder was my late husband's wedding ring which we had been searching for. CarStar Sydney has no idea the joy I experienced when I found that ring! I highly recommend CarStar Sydney for their friendliness, professionalism and their quality of work.

I am so upset with this business. I was in an accident 3 months ago & went to car star to get a car that I was told was in great condition after driving it for a week I realized it needed a bit of work done to it which was fine then I noticed the transmission was acting up *I know you can’t tell if a transmission is going to go but after only a week of having it I figured they could help me out* when I asked them if they could help me with it they said we could do a trade when their shipment came in with cars in the same price range they said it would be about a week..now it’s been 3 months and my transmission fully went and still no response from anyone at car star.

They did a wonderful job on my vehicle with extensive work following getting rear ended. Can't even tell an incident occured!
