Been an elite athlete my entire life and I can confidently say Izzy is the best trainer I have ever seen. I've had my fair share of knee surgeries and by doing the programs provided to me I am finally getting back to the activities I have been missing for so long. I’ve tried many Physiotherapist throughout the years and I consider Kelsey the best! She helps provide relief with the wealth of knowledge she has and will work with you to make the area strong again. My massage therapist also says that she sees the best results when people see Kelsey. I highly recommend her.
