Wanted to give a shoutout to the Sunset Grill staff on family day Monday. That place was PACKED and the servers worked extremely well under pressure - thanks again for your wonderful service. Keep up the great work :)

The older gentlemen who served me was incredibly nice and patient! The food tasted amazing as always and there was barely any wait. (Also, the bathrooms were impeccable!)

I went to order an omlette, after explaining I wanted a Ham and Cheese omlette and to add mushrooms..I then requested a small drizzle of holandaise sauce on top. The lady then explained what the cost would be...$20.85 is what she states. My jaw dropped and heart sank even thinking that is how much of a gouge this place is trying to be. I am disgusted at this and will never order food or recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Went there for the yearly pancake breakfast today $1 for pancake was a good deal however the pancakes were served to me undercooked and slightly hard on bottom with holes in them from a spatula the waiter brought two pancakes and said I will be back with the third one . I sent them back because they were undercooked and he brought another plate. Explaining later that the grill was not heating up properly and the man spilled coffee on our table as he was serving us I will not return

Went on A Saturday at 2 ordered the crab cake Benny the crab cake was wet the Benny sauce was flavourless one egg was overcooked when egg was undercooked and the panfries were Burnt. The waiter was very pleasant helpful took My food back offered me a new dish. Said the fries were from earlier. Wasn't very happy will not recommend and would not go back

Took 20 minutes just to get a menu, another 15 minutes for the food, and the waiter was very hard of hearing so we kept having to repeat or re explain the order. They force you to take 3 eggs in your order for the cost of an order requiring 3 eggs. However they have no option for 2 eggs. I know that sounds pretty, but after waiting 20 minutes to get a menu it wasnt something that added to my experience positively. I dont believe I'll be going back there.

Went there with my sons basketball team after another breakfast place cancelled our reservation and the staff were immediately accommodating and welcoming. Food and service were awesome. We will definitely return and highly recommend over the other breakfast places around.

It is a diner. They have omellettes. And other breakfast items. Peice to quality ratio is acceptable. Staff are good. Orders are quick. Refills quick. It is never too crowded when I go during the week. Good place to chat with a friend in the morning before work. Most tables only seat four, with six in a pinch. Ample free parking, but entirely walkable, too. Bonus is proximity to the Fairview Mall, allegedly one of Canada's first shopping malls. This diner could be a case study in how suburban retail development can still mesh with walkable neighborhoods.

It was a great place to go for breakfast. Even when they're understaffed my order and food we're both very quick to arrive. And the waffle itself very nice and fluffy, very yummy it was a nice touch. Personally I wouldn't go for their orange juice again it's not quite up to Snuff for the price they charge unlike EggSmart across the way but all in all it was a great experience from start to finish

Cold food, slow service, not all items brought to the table until we chased her down for syrup and no compensation, basically told sorry we are busy and my head was not in the right place! Will never go there again! PS my first ever restaurant review!
