Orchid Flower Shop

The funeral arrangement for my uncle was lovely and looked the same in the picture. I ordered on line through the funeral home and then changed to a smaller size directly through orchid and it was not an issue. Thanks again.

I have excellent experience with this flower shop. They provided timely service and I am impressed with the product.

Do not order flowers from this florist.I ordered funeral flowers online and paid the extra money for a deluxe flower arrangement and paid an additional fee for a sympathy banner. The arrangement had substituted flowers (which I understand can be done) but there were even less flowers in this arrangement than the base arrangement, and it did not really look like the one online and it certainly was no deluxe" order. As well

The flowers were great but I did not get the advertised vase. I was supposed to get the beautiful modern Hurricane vase but instead I got an ordinary rounded vase that kept falling over while transporting the arrangement. Got to the destination with a wet box. Not a nice thing to do, I'm hoping it was a mistake and not an intentional rip-off.

Let me start off by saying I have never given a complaint review.Horrible service and misleading pictures. We upgraded our flower arrangement to the largest size and received an arrangement that was significantly smaller and missing many of the flowers listed with none given in substitution. It took days to reach someone as they do not answer the phone and there is no option for voicemail . I was finally able to communicate with them on WhatsApp only for them to let me know I received 5 lilies, 4 roses and a hydrangea for $180 after taxes and delivery. I was not given the vase ordered and no resolution was offered. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS HERE!

I agree with a previous comment - this really is one of the worst florists i have ever been to.The service is appalling - the woman who works there was on the phone with her cell phone provider or bank or the like and continued to have a heated personal debate for about 10 mins until she was put on hold and then asked 'what' in a particular rude manner.The flowers - very poor quality and next to nothing available.If you are looking for flowers I highly recommend you give this place a wide berth.Diabolical.....
