I take both my shih tzu and my golden retriever here and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide! They know exactly how to cut my shih tzus hair so that it’s at a good length not to mat, yet she still looks like a puppy. Highly recommend them :)

WOW! talk about service with a smile - Leanne and Cara are awesome. Our rescue cat, Hari, is petrified of grooming ( and, as a long haired ragdoll X she was literally choking on her on fur) We administered meds to get her as calm as possible. The meds weren't 100% effective, but that didnt deter the Dynamic Duo! Hari looks awesome and better still, appears very happy with her beauty treatment. Thank you guys so much, we had a hoot with you! (home visit). not the best photo but she does look pretty chuffed with herself.

We have taken our Havanese here every 5 weeks for 18 months. Over that period he has had four different groomers and all of them have given him wonderful cuts. They always make a fuss over him and he leaves looking adorable in cute little seasonal scarves. We like that we can book online in advance, and we can select exactly how long or short we want him cut. The groomers also have provided us with good advice about how to reduce mats, untangle ears, and deal with sticky sap between toe pads. The products they use smell great and his hair is silky soft for days afterwards. It is usually easy to park on the street outside and the shop is fully accessible.

Best groomer in The Valley. Always amazing service with any groomer and my dog LOVES going. ❤️
