Great experience some luggage for an upcoming trip. I was looking for Eagle Creek bags and they had a big selection. The staff was very helpful as well.

Went in there to buy big backpacks for upcoming trip and research. Fred helped us out immensely. He was very knowledgeable, super helpful, and not at all pushy.Not sure if I've ever had anyone at a luggage store be this helpful. So big props.Prices were reasonable and good warranty system. Definitely will return for this and more purchase.

Went on a Sunday afternoon the place has a lot of choices in luggage's, however I wasn't impressed with the young lady who tried sooo very hard to sell me the top of the line luggage's. When i asked her to identify the difference why one was better then another she had no reply just because she said it was a Samsonite". Followed me around in the store and tried to discourage me to not buy a luggage every time i picked one up. I had to leave the store. Will not go back !"

Great customer service, and no shipping over 90$, I absolutely recommend ordering from them for your travel products in Canada.I had been searching high and low for a Canadian retailer that was selling a particular travel backpack that I dearly wanted. I saw that Jet-Setter.ca had them online, but not in black, which was what I was looking for. I emailed their customer service to inquire if they had sold out, or if they would be getting them soon. I got a prompt response from Katherine, and was told that the black version had been ordered and was due to arrive at the store within the next few days, and that they would be happy to place one on hold for me to ensure I got one (they were only getting 5). I was so pleased! Not only that, Katherine emailed me the next day to tell me they were in, and they had one on hold waiting for me. I was able to make my purchase immediately, which I did, and Jet-Setter has absolutely earned a very happy customer!

I ordered an item and received something completely different. Reaching out to their customer service is very difficult. They don't reply to emails and the chat agents take a couple of hours to respond. Now I will have to waste time by going directly to the store to get my refund. I will definitely pick other stores next time.

Ordered from Jet-Setter online and it arrived the next day! Super happy, as they were the only site i could find that had what i was looking for. Will repeat.

Though they may be far away for me they have been more helpful than any store at my local Mall.The products are top notch and the service is stunning. By far the best customer service experience I have had with any company. Katherine especially has been very patient and accommodating to help resolve a luggage crisis I had recently.thank you and I am sure to be ordering more soon.

The store has an excellent selection but it is very expensive. The staff are quite helpful.

This store is amazing. I had been looking for the 42L Cotopaxi all over Montreal and could not find it. A friend recommended I check out this store and Jet-Setters had multiple colours in stock! Iseult helped answer all of my questions and gave me the best customer service! 10/10 recommend this store for all of your baggage and travel needs!
