Last time when I went there I wait 10 min in line there were 2 staff in counter and one of them went inside without saying anything. Low customer service, and not trained staff and rude

Visited this newly opened Canada post branch on 16th October 2022 around 4 pm, to send a package overseas. The staff member greeted with a smile and explained available options. No rushing and so friendly. To date the best Canada post experience. Appreciate the exceptional customer service provided today. Staff name on receipt was Jaspreet.

Tried to send a small packet by international surface, for the same item, the rate quoted was double than that estimated on Canada Post website. The young lady was patient however didn’t know why. I went to another Canada Post location where I sent the parcel with the rate exactly the same as I quoted on the website. Anyway, there could be a result of system glitches.

I came here with my Mom as she needs to buy an envelop. I was waiting at their mailbox desk while my mom's waiting in the line. At first there's only one counter, and after a while another staff came and she opened another counter. My mom was at the front of the queue, but a man behind jumped the line and ran to the new counter before my mom. After I saw this I came to my mom and when that man finished and passed by us, I said to him that 'my mom was in front of you', then he said 'oh oh sorry' and left. And I thought that was the END of the story.However, for somehow the woman at the counter heard this 5 seconds conversation, and when I walk with my mom to the counter to buy the envelope, she told me that I should not bothering on who she serves first (what?? I didn't even say a word to her, and the only thing I said during all this time was telling that man he jumped the line)I was shocked on how unprofessional this staff is, she's unable to serve the customers as first come first in, poor judgement and no respect, extremely unskilful as in the service industry. Very bad customer experience here.

Sent an urgent package and it got returned to me because the staff didn't put the complete address/ missing unit #. She pulled it out of the system before I finished saying the address and didn't even bother confirming with me. Had to pay again with additional fees to resend it. Terrible service.

The stars and manager are very polite and helpful. Super recommend
