I always have a great experience whenever I'm here. Quick service and reasonably priced. This time I got french nails done.

This place absolutely aced the design I was looking for! The price was affordable and everything was clean. I showed the gentleman a picture and he got it spot on. I will definitely go back.

First time at Cool Nails. Very clean. Staff is welcoming and very friendly. Tammy gave me a design on my toes and finger nails she did an awesome job. Highly recommend this place.

Not friendly .. very rushed doing my pedicure .. didn't even get the correct service I wanted .. felt like I was bothering them .. will definitely not be back.

I absolutely recommend this shop! As a diabetic, I get pedicures often as it is imperative to take care of our feet. It is cash only so don’t forget to stop st the bank machine beforehand. Once again, I highly recommend Cool Nails for all your aesthetician needs...

Definitely would recomend one of the younger girls that works there, vicky. She always does beautiful work, can not guarantee the other workers.

Staff spoke own language, clearly made it know they were speaking about myself & my family who came with me took personal phone calls on their cell while working on my nails, also kept switching tech's not overly friendly and then said it would cost more as I like longer French tip. As well as didn't clean stations between clients! UNSANITARY!!Cost is more than my regular nail place.

Very disappointed. Unprofessional, as they speak their own language, makes you feel like they are talking about you. Everything is $10 more.

The owner did my nails shellac less than a week ago, not only are they chipping already but she made fun of my nail request & was completely unprofessional in dealings. At the end of not understanding what I wanted & changing the price, she switched places with another worker. I was not impressed, she was very unreasonable and the friend I was with did not enjoy her experience either. I will definitely not be going back!

I went to this shop for the first time today. I recently moved back to the area and had no idea of where I should go to get the quality of nails I am use to and wanted. When I arrived at the shop, they were very busy but still took the time to make sure I was greeted and looked after. As more walk-ins came, they continued to do their best to greet and serve everyone. Today was busier than usual.When it was my turn to get my nails done, I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and we worked together to find the best match. I believe the nail tech that did my nails was named Vicky. She was amazing! She took special care to make sure my nails were the same length and shape. She did an amazing job forming my nails and even better with the polish application! I will definitely be back! Thank you for the great care and service today!
