We arrived at the city at 7am but couldn’t check in until 4pm. This is very convenient. They store opened early and I could just drop off my luggage there, went explore the city and came back at 4 to collect. Thank you for having this service.

Coffee shop staff deal with your booking, then stow your luggage in their store room. It wasn't SUPER quick but everything went according to plan. So we were happy with the service.

Such a great idea to have this inside the cafe. Absolutely no complaints with the experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, plus it was incredibly easy to set it all up online so the reservation was available.The only suggestion is to have some kind of sign in the window or outside so you know you're at the right place. Or instead of having Rogers Arena" in the title

I love it so much as Bounce offers this wonderful convenient service to travellers like me that we have to wait till our flight but just so exhausted to drag the bags around.The price is affordable not to say cheap compared to some other possibilities, especially with people who are waiting for checking in airbnb or waiting till flight time.This is inside a coffee shop too so pretty much convenient. And it is just a bit more than 100 metres away from skytrain station.Check-in and -out were so easy. People were really friendly and lovely. Highly recommend!!!

Handy place to leave your luggage close to an Airbnb we stayed at. Great coffee too. Only slight thing is it took a while to hand the bags in as the staff were busy with cafe customers

Friendly service. No issues. Conveniently located in Chinatown. I appreciated the extended hours so we could spend the day in Vancouver before our late night flight.
