You can call ahead with a part number and they will still act totally lost when you get there.I call for a belt that's in stock, I go to pick it up and wait for 5 min for them to tell me they CANT SELL ME THE BELT THATS LITERALLY BEEN TAGGED WITH MY NAME ON ITThis must be the worst managed place I've encountered yet which is a shame because they stock a lot of useful things, but that was the last time I personally enter that building
