Lippert Music Centre

I took lessons here for a number of years as an adult student. All the staff are great and suited my needs. The recitals are fun and everyone is very patient. I would recommend Lippert to anyone wanting to learn an instrument… young or old!

Taking violin lessons as an adult. My teacher Ivana is wonderful. She is Knowledgeable and supportive and expects more from me than I expect from myself and that motivates me. The office staff and Charleen are always friendly and helpful. I have only good things to say

I had an awful time just trying to book and then figure out the logistics for a double bass lesson for myself. Over the course of a week, I was exchanging phone calls several times a day on a couple of occasions. I'd speak to one person at one time and then someone else who was more or less prepared to provide clarity. I'd be told I would receive a registration package with helpful information via email that never came. The only email I did actually receive was after I finally called back to cancel my appointment. Even after agreeing I would have to take my own instrument to the center, I couldn't get any clarity about whether the centre would have a bass available in the future or if I would need to take lessons in my home. Perhaps Charlene is a bit too used to working with children, because her communication by the end came off as condescending and as though she felt the centre was entitled to my business. I'm very unimpressed by the lack of professionalism and poor communication.

Lippert is a fantastic music school. My daughter and niece have had a fun time learning to play the piano and with vocal lessons.

I've taken online piano lessons for almost two years now, and overall it has been a positive experience. My teacher, Charleen, is very hardworking and helpful. I feel that my piano has improved a lot, and it is thanks to Lippert!

Both our children received their music lessons from Lippert from their early childhood until now (finishing high school). Piano, guitar, ukulele, etc. Always wonderful, gentle, caring teachers. A leading family-owned music centre, a part of East York since the 1950's. We're happy our kids learned their love of playing music at Lippert.

First of all, the trainers are very successful and always support my children, and seeing them like this makes me even more hopeful. Also, the other employees are very understanding and helpful. I can recommend it to any of my friends without hesitation.

The Lippert Music Centre is a great music school for my son. I love it.

My two boys have been going to Lippert for piano lessons for a number of years and my one son has also attended the Rock Camp in the summer for guitar. The teachers are great and I would highly recommend Lippert Music Centre.

As a beginner of violin lessons at the young age of 63, my experience has been all encouraging, lots of fun and Ivana my teacher is absolutely lovely, as is the entire staff. I highly recommend Lippert.
