On Canada Day, we were looking for a cafe for breakfast. Many place were closed, luckily Parma Cafe, which has very good google review, was open.We ordered a croissant, a grilled cheese and another item (sorry I forgot the name in French) from the light menu, plus two coffee.We paid at the counter and then got a number to put at our table so the waitress could give us our food later.The place was near and the food was delicious! It’s a lovely combination of simple ingredients and we really loved them coz they just tasted so good.I’d say it’s a great choice if you are in the area! This place is just next to HEC Montreal and a lot of office buildings so I’d assume it would be quite busy if it’s a work day.

Great tasting paninis! I had the Poulet Pane with spicy peppers and cheese adders. My daughter had the Prosciutto. Really enough for two or for one if you're hungry! Highly recommended and we'll be back!

Love this place - best sandwiches in Montreal! The menu has so many options; salads, pastas, sandwiches & baked goods. Not to mention the coffee is great + lovely staff! Will forever recommend!! :)

These guys need to learn a thing or two about customer service. The guy taking my order was straight up rude, and didn’t even answer when I tried to be friendly by asking how his day was going. An attitude like that would get this business kicked to the curb in a city like Vancouver.Add to that, he gave me the wrong drink to accompany the order.Basically, order their mediocre paninis and you’re bound to get pretentiousness thrown in for good measure! lol

A must-try authentic Italian panini - Lots of sandwiches / panini places in Montreal claiming they have the best paninis but when it comes to Parma Café the panini is spot on delicious! Fresh ingredients, Italian bread that is crusty on the outside and fresh on the inside. A must try sandwich spot if you are around the old port of Montreal. Welcoming atmosphere with quick service. Highly recommended.

Best Paninis in Montreal! The panini steak is excellent with yummy melted cheese. The panini chicken pané is even better with fresh ingredients and very tasty sauce. The fries were also surprisingly good!! I really liked this place and can’t wait to try other paninis from the menu.

What a great little find. Beautiful space with amazing breakfast sandwiches and coffee with great service. Went back the next day to try the grilled cheese with pancetta. Perfect!
