Personne non professionnelle et très malhonnête. Après avoir fait tombé une étagère et brisé deux superbes vases et deux figurines en bois, a continué son travail sans s'excuser. J'ai dû lui demander de me dédommager et il m'a donné un gros 20.00$, a même ajouté plus tard au téléphone qu'il avait brisé des ''niaiseries''. J'ai 59 ans et rarement rencontré un individu aussi insensible.

Found a much better way than anyone else to install a Wood pellet stove in our house. Install was clean and service was excellent. Would recomment Mr. Proulx to anyone looking for pellet stoves.

Excellent service avant et après vente pour notre poêle à granules. M. Proulx est professionnel en tout temps et est rapidement disponible s'il y a problèmes ou questions. Il maitrise son métier et connait ses produits à fond comme s'il les avait lui même fabriqués. Je recommande hautement le travail, le service et les produits que vend l'Entreprise Proulx.

Several small issue with pellet stove this season. Mr. Proulx's response was fast, very efficient, & coached me on maintenance. I highy recomend his expertise.
