Really great experience. The fellow who works there was really helpful in terms of how to efficiently and effectively do your laundry. Didn’t have to wait and was able to get what I had done in a timely manner. I live in the southeast and will continue to make the trek here. Would recommend! Bonus: they have some really great art up right now!!!

The rude worker is the reason I took my laundry and money somewhere else. I cannot support a business that treats customers and their personal belongings so disrespectfully.This worker was extremely rude (white dude with long gray hair and glasses). Was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Claimed my cart hit his washing machine, and that my bedroom blankets were used on a dog. He kept going through my cart and throwing my things on the floor, after I asked him to help me load the washer in the way he’d prefer. After I told him to stop, he told me to “go to hell.” While I tried to remain calm and objective, I had enough of his attitude, and decided that I do not want to use (or pay any money to) this laundromat.After his extremely rude and unprofessional attitude, I decided I will not be washing my blankets here. I ended up at another laundromat nearby, where I’ve had a pleasant experience before.UPDATE: after speaking with others in my community, apparently his rude and unprofessional behaviour isn’t anything new. He has demanded that a friend run an empty cycle after to “clean his machines.” So glad I took my money to another more responsible and respectful business.

Guy pressed me about using too many machines and he micromanages his other customers.

I think that it is definitely hard to be a business owner in general and I don’t want to be additionally critical as I had discussed my concerns on person.But… the idea that you charge 5$ for a single load washer to pay the rent is a poor excuse.I did not say you were overcharging, I said that you are charging a premium for the machines. Which in that case would require a certain value for that premium.Possibly a chair to sit instead of charging a fee for clothes being in the dryer for too long. Or machines that work properly. Cleanliness of the floor which includes any unfavourable odours that could transfer onto clothes.The bottom line is that you wouldn’t have to worry about your rent if you created an appropriate atmosphere which was inviting. There are hundreds of condos in the area that would love a laundry facility. It’s up to you to not make excuses, value and take pride your business.

I was sort my load and guy claimed I was overloading his machine and I had not even finished sort my clothes into his expensive machines!Also do not judged Intellectually inadequate by a sheet folder!!Do not recommend!!!Also homeless everywhere…Guy makes a point load of bull that Associated cabs were taken over by checker cabs “two months” ago!Ask Associated taxi driver if Checker cabs are his “new” boss! NOT TRUEA GOOF story!!!Mine your own business as to who chose chose which taxi I use!No chair to sit down and broken dryer!Ask washer time to know when to check on my clothes dryer times were stated on machine 30 minutes for 8 quarter $2I set a timer for my dryer like did my wash turn out pay for 30 minutes get 22 minutes!I closed my tide pod soap with zip closures notice that not one twice it was OPEN after I had to use the gas station wash room and ATM which was not my bank so cost me more money $5 dollars in total. Cost me three times as much as usually !!!Don’t call or treat like a dummy!!His words he is in Sultan area is homeless alley and they steal from him blind! So he steal soap from me to do HIS washing!!

Wow all I can say! This man is an honest man. I've started to come here on 3 different occasions to have my laundry done. I was a return customer because of how clean this place was and the way the owner took pride in folding my clothes. But now I'll be coming here giving him all my business after this man proved his honesty. I had $500 cash in one of my Jean pockets that I had forgotten about. And when I came back to pick up my laundry the owner passed me a envelope with all my money in it!! I was so surprised that there are honest people like that still left in this world ❤. I highly recommend this place and you can truly trust that if you have left anything valuable in your pockets that he will return it. Thank you so much for your hard work & for being an honest man!!!

I have tried couple of laundries stories and today I used this store. (closer to my apartment)I couldn’t wait to write this comment because I’m in the store.Anyway, I met the owner (Gerrit) so helpful, and nice person.Helped me on “How to do it correctly”, changed the bills to 1$ & 0.25$ which I didn’t have this before. (Don’t need to walk to the gas station(s), even there is a machine to change your money, but sometimes you forgot to get $10 or less (if you have $20 for example).Last thing, he is helping another person while I’m writing this comment. Thanks Gerrit for the great person.

Went in a couple of days ago with my friend to help to do a lot of laundry I thought the machines took toonies so that’s what I brought and quarters for the driers right away noticed it was loonies only no problem right? Just use the change machine, after getting half of the loads he comes up to me saying I’ve just spent a lot of time making loonies and he isn’t a bank and he’s going to need to buy those back before we leave. As an owner your giving your customers a hard time because they are making change to use your business? Later on I tried to double cheak with him how to get quarters in case I didn’t bring enough and I got a very condescending answer back. If my friends close we’re not already in the machines we would have just left and gone anywhere else the reviews on here are right go anywhere else
