Not only should they not be in business but they should be fined for having one. It's run down, not safe for kids, worse parking lot, and my friends kid (4) was left alone outside unattended waiting for her dad to pick her up. If you consider yourself a good parent you would pull your child for attending this place.

My 4 year old tried the 3-5 class and as hes a bit shy he had a hard time getting into it. I was surprised by the lack of support from the instructors. They were very young and didn't made almost no attempt to get my son involved. We left half way through the first class. Very unwelcoming staff and the facility and equipment are old. I think the main problem was the class size, about 20 kids. Way too many for the inexperienced instructors. When we were at Victoria gymnastics we never had a class more than 10, usually around 7 or 8. VERY different experience at Victoria gymnastics.

A second home for our family. Caring, qualified instructors who all have a passion for gymnastics and their community.

I am surprised the place is still in business. The owner does not know how to talk / behave with the customers. Seems like she is tired having customers and does not want to get more customers. The front desk gives wrong information, the other owner accepts the fault. But the lady is very rude, non apologetic and wants the customer to be out of premises. In short very rude and disgusting attitude. You will see a star given, BUT as once cannot post a review without selecting a single star.

My children loved it but the place radiates with 25 year old sweat stench, it's quite dirty, and facility needs a serious update. Although they had fun, I will not be returning. You can literally smell the stench from outside the building. Sorry! Not the same when I used to go as a child.

I would love to be able access their programs but they never answer their phone or call back :( AND their gym smells like dirty feet and is stuck in the 80’s. With all the money they must make with the fees they are charging, it’s time to update, clean, etc. I hope they raise their standards all around.

My son just started Tumble Bugs and absolutely loves it. They have a very organized program and all their students and staff are very nice.

We really liked this place. Nice instructors everything was great for the last year we sent our daughter. She loves it there, and we liked it. They made 1 terrible mistake. They left my 4 year old daughter in the parking lot unsupervised. They changed the protocol for COVID reasons. No parents were allowed to come in and accompany the children while they were in the class. Which basically means you drop off your child at the gym and pick them up after the class. I came at 4:30 on the dot to pickup my 4 year old daughter. She was outside in the parking lot by herself unsupervised. I went inside and a woman who was by the door who did not identify herself as working for falcon (I later learned it was Renata one of the owners). I asked her if she worked there and she said yes. I asked her why my daughter was outside in the parking lot alone. She could not offer any explanation. She pointed to a man in the middle of the gym( I later learned it was the other owner Peter). He was also trying to figure out why my 4 year old daughter was outside in the parking lot by herself. He asked me if I came 5 min before pickup time and I said no I came at 430 and what difference does that make. If your not there at 4:25 you let the children outside to roam the parking lot? Also no one asked or checked if I was indeed my daughters father or authorized to pick her up. The woman at the door was totally not paying attention to what was going on and seemed totally overwhelmed by everything going on around her. My daughter stated the woman told her to wait outside. I am not sure if that's exactly what happened but that is her perception that the lady told her to go outside. My daughter said as cars were backing up she would move out of the way.I spoke to Peter the next day and he took responsibility for what happened and explained that they have many groups coming in and out within a short period of time and this was an oversight and should never have happened. He explained they will have another person at the door to try to prevent this from happening again. I explained that we enjoyed the facility and the staff but that we no longer have trust in the capabilities of the staff to keep up with the shuffle of children and increased overhead to adhere to COVID protocols. Although they are under capacity for COVID I feel that they have exceeded their administrative abilities to keep up with the amount of students they have and the COVID protocols. It’s with a heavy heart I write this as they are really good people and we have no other issues with them and they care about children. This was a terrible oversight and we are no longer trusting of their ability to keep our child safe while in their care. They refunded the money took responsibility and said they will do something to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Some mistakes can’t be undone and the trust ship for us has sailed. I am not saying don’t take your children here it’s a terrible place. It’s not a terrible place. It’s to share our experience as I would want to know of an incident like this so I can be aware of what is going on when I send my child somewhere

Recently, I registered my daughter for gymnastics, and very shortly after registering, she decided she didn't want to do gymnastics in the fall (as 7 year-olds do). I find it appalling that Falcon posts about how quickly classes fill, but they will not offer a refund - especially when I haven't even received a confirmation email yet, and I know her weekend morning spot would be filled instantly. I have the option of receiving credit; however, I was certain I had a credit to use there previously from canceling a class during the pandemic, and when I went to use it, they told me I didn't have a credit, so I can't take that risk again. Ultimately, I do not recommend. Save your money for a customer-oriented business.

Love this gym and there coaching staff/owners. All the programs are great from pre-school to recreational to a fantastic competitive team. I stared 11 years ago with my first child and now we are on the 3 rd child attending classes. My 3 children love doing gym at Falcon!
