I have had the pleasure of dealing with justice he was amazing he took his time an helped me out so much I’m So happy he helped me pick out a chain for a birthday gift my bf loved it. He really made me feel as if I was priority also love the compliments he gave me calling me beautiful and gorgeous.

I had my first experience with a pawn shop at this location today. I dealt with an employee named Justice who was an absolute angel. First off, I was ashamed of having to put my grandmother's engagement ring on loan to pay for groceries. Justice did not judge me at all, and was completely understanding and went above and beyond for me. I appreciate the way I was treated so much more than I know how to say. I would recommend this business and location to anyone who is struggling, both people I interacted with there were friendly and kind. My month has been made, it's a tough time for a lot of people and they were able to make it a little more bearable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Poor service and takes to long for a simple pawn. Waited for about thirty minutes as it took 3 of their employees to check 5 games and 2 blue rays. As they gave condescending looks and snickers, rolling their eyes and taking their time. Getting my stuff back asap and never using their services again.

Justice is super nice and kind .I brought my iPhone in for some extra cash, he made me feel comfortable ,he always makes me feel at home anytime i come in there. Justice is an amazing staff and he is very knowledgeable about his job as well.

Young lady that helped me Saturday Feb 11 around 11 am was exceptional!! She didn't have what I needed but went out of her way to check other locations and find what I was looking for.

If I could give a - star review I really would. I usually love this store but for the first time I had the worst experience ever with one of the one ladies. The one with the brown curly hair and I believe she is a manger too none the less. I was in to sell phone and the whole time right from the first second of dealing with her and her eye rolling at everything I said and as soon as I try to explain myself about anything she just cuts me off and starts yelling at me that she doesn't want to argue with me and she is literally the only one who is arguing and yelling. I am literally calm voiced and just trying to explain something, that a refurbished phone and a not refurbished phone are 2 totally different things because the refurbished phone has been taken apart and repaired where a non refurbished phone has not and is still under manufacturing warranty. Literally didn't even get a word out before she started yelling at me. So I politely asked for my phone back so I didn't have to deal with her because she is literally the rudest lady. She gave me the phone back and just yelled good bye and kept yelling it over and over. I understand the staff probably gets yelled at sometimes but for them to treat people that poorly is probably the main reason why they have angry customers. She was by far the worst experience I have ever had in customer service. She definitely should not be working there. She is definitely going to bring that place down. It's pretty bad when I can go to 118 ave and get better service there than with her. The other ladies at the 50th store though amazing service love them.

As much as I don't like using high interest loan providers for many reasons I still would recommend going to this one location in particular for one reason and that is Roberta, she is an amazing human being who treats me with respect and the utmost compassion every single I've been there. The rapport her and I have developed through out the years is incredible and I am grateful and thankful for her stewardship in my life, she also treats me like family. Thank you Roberta, you are God sent!

This isn't the Cash Canada that I'm used to seeing Roberta in. Cher was better too. No courtesy calls if the bleach blonde dude wants to keep your stuff. Dude holds negativity inside of him and you can feel it. Bring the grown ups back. And you owe me the courtesy to get my stuff back.But you'll harrass me about complete junk for two months. If it's something shiny, NOTHING. But nah you don't want junk so you'll call and text relentlessly.Keep the junk, that was the last time I go there.
