We got a big screw in the tire tread, took it in around 945am on a Friday. They said it would be 4hrs and will text when it's ready for pickup. I called after 3.5hrs, was told the tire was not repairable and suggested we get 4 new tires (awd -?). So they put the spare tire on and it was sitting there ready for pickup (yet no one informed me). They didn't charge which I appreciated, but I could have really used the car earlier in the day so it would have been nice to be informed. We got a second opinion the next day and it was repaired (less than 1/4 inch hole). Not really sure what's going on here...

Had a great experience. Went to kal tire to fix my mom’s car. My phone bat te ey was at 1% and they provide me with a charger, I then helped my self to a hot chocolate at their coffee station and then sat down on the comfortable chairs they have and even took a Power Nap. I then went up to settle up after they fixed the issue and they didn’t even charge me a penny. Can’t script this stuff, literally the best customer service I’ve had in my life.

KALTIRE lost my may spacer rings and when contacted the manager he said they were with the lug nuts. I check they were not. Phoned KALTIRE the manager then said they left them one the rims. So I checked again and still no rings. So called again and the manager said he would order new ones and send me a comfirmation email by days end. I didn't recieved the email and realized they don't know the brand of the after market rims to order the right size or model. KALTIRE MANAGER was dishonest . I would definitely not recommend them to anyone due to their dishonesty.

I was charged $300+ then my quote and the manager contacted me and apologized and refunded the difference. Great customer service he went above and beyond. I will continue using this Coquitlam Kal Tire for sure

This tire shop quickly completed my alignment. The receptionist said she would ask the mechanics to put on fresh gloves before getting into my vehicle. They price match their competitors. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Overall a good experience for when you can't do the job yourself.

Went to drive to work this past Monday (March 20, 2023) and found a flat tire on my car. I put on my spare and drove to this Kal Tire to see if they could fix my flat - it was a nail. They were quite busy with appointments and other flat repairs but they still were able to fix mine and reinstall it while I waited, excellent service!

My girlfriend took her car in at the beginning of February and they did a check saying brake wear and everything. Then at the beginning of May she questions how here brakes got better in two months? I guess the reason was the mechanic just glanced and saw new brakes and gave it the full 10mm when they are 8mm. The back ones went from 3-4mm to 5mm. It’s all good I get everyone is busy getting through lots of cars but what’s the point of these sheets if the mechanic is just glancing? Two months ago her tie rods were a green check mark and beginning of May it’s a red and undrivable. Earlier this month her CV Joints got a green check mark and now the boot is torn but she hasn’t been driving because it’s not drivable due to the play in the tie rod. Just please don’t have a checklist if these items aren’t given the time to be looked at closely.
