It feels like this place is going down hill more and more.2 stars because my hygienist was still amazing as always.But I had asked for an appointment to adjust the hight of my crown and when I got there they had the information to do a filling that i didnt need. Then they made me pay $73 for a checkup I didn't receive.After more than a year I still haven't received my refund and my last email about it from last year May is still unanswered. When I asked to make an appointment with the manager they said I may receive a call today, which I didn't.... I don't know if Management has changed in this place but I am not impressed.Receptionists seem to have no clue what they're doing since a long time now. One of the two at least knew something and explained what I was asking. There also seems no communication amongst them and the dentists, hygienists and managers. I'm seriously thinking of making the switch to another office.

First time coming to this dentist they were really great. I like that they make sure you’re doing okay when you’re getting your teeth done they make you feel comfortable and if you have any questions or concerns they explain it to you also take your concerns into consideration.They do very thorough job making sure your teeth are taken care of I would highly recommend coming here they are very friendly I would definitely come back again.

I have been going to Sierra springs dental in airdrie for years. They have always taking good care of me. If I have needed to get in that day there was no problem getting me in. Their staff is fantastic. So caring and generous. They are on the ball everyday of the week. I have had no problems. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to go.

Called in as a new patient Sunday morning, in the same day, options gone over and got a tooth pulled by 1 pm. Great team, helpful, informative and understanding to my needs. Highly recommended!

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Sierra Springs Dental now for a year. I Love the professionalism along with the knowledge and top notch caring about each of their patients. I was not a fan of going to a dentist in the past and now have no issues going to Sierra Springs. You always feel welcome and part of their dental family. If you need a dentist, give them a call. They will treat you right.

Super friendly staff and fast quality service make this dentist office an easy choice.I broke a tooth and needed some help, they got me in the very next day without any issues! I had my tooth rebuilt within an hour of arriving and out the door! I was genuinely shocked how there wasn’t any consultation, and I wasn’t a previous customer! From filling out the paperwork, X-ray, freezing, drilling and filling, out the door.. ONE HOUR!!We will be going there from now on. They have earned my trust and my insurance companies money :D

I had the most wonderful experience with an amazing hygienist at this location in Airdrie. Badar at was gentle, knowledgeable and funny. He kept me in the loop of all his actions, asked if I was doing ok through the whole process. I am usually terrified of dental offices due to a previous experience but not with Badar as a hygienist. If you are anything like me and terrified or get anxious during a dental visit book an appointment with him and hopefully change your mind.Once again Badar thank you.

Not only have my husband and I had positive experiences here, my daughter had to have some work done on her teeth and she was very nervous about it. Dr Ian calmed her and made the appointment fun for her and by the end we were all laughing and having a good time!

I’m very happy with my visit to this place. Staff is very friendly and looks happy, you can feel a positive energy there. I was very nervous before my surgery but girls were so supportive. Doctor Young has a magic hands. I think its a wonderful place to go for your dental work ( even cheaper compare to some other places.) I definitely will come again. Thank you .
