Caitlin and Joanna were very helpful in helping us choose a great combination of quartz countertops to match new flooring in which they orchestrated both. I highly recommend you check them out before going anywhere else. If you want great pricing and friendly knowledgeable staff this the place to go. If we do anymore renovations, we will be back. I had the privilege of working with Joanna in picking out tile for the backsplash for my kitchen reno that I have been doing. She not only assisted me with picking the perfect tile and getting me a great price. So much so that when it came time to then pick out my flooring I did not hesitate in returning to her shop for further assistance. She went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for. Here is a couple of pics of the backsplash I installed, we just picked up the flooring today and I am going to start laying that next week... more pics to follow. Joanna is so professional and fun to work with. I am continuing on with my home reno's and look forward to working with her more. (PS: we are replacing the awful stove soon lol)

Joanna and the team at Ceramex were just tremendous to deal with. She saved us from a colossal design error suggesting those giant grey tiles over a cockamamie wish bone idea I brought to the table. My wife was never happier! Haha. So happy with the results. Service was excellent and felt very updated and looked after during these insane lead times in building supplies. We experienced none of the horror stories currently happening.

We had our bathroom renovated and Joanna and Andrew were extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the results and service. We’ll definitely use them again!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ceramex! I emailed the lovely gals my inspo pics and they found exactly what I wanted within my smaller budget for my massive reno! I am beyond impressed and send everyone to them. Caitlin kept me well informed with samples + various options to help get closer to our budget! We just had our kitchen backsplash done by Ceremex. Joanna was so helpful with the selection of the tiles and arranging the work itself. Sam the tile installer, was wonderful and really spent the time to make sure everything was done correctly.We are very satisfied with the end result.

Joanna was super helpful start to finish for my home renovation. She was great at suggesting ideas and finding tiles that would coordinate together. Everything from ordering and pickup was handle with ease. I had a hiccup early on where I didn’t order enough tile for my shower and she was on it immediately and had them ready for pickup within the hour. Definitely check them out for the most current tile selection has they have tons and even more that they can order!
