Extremely professional and were able to meet my every need. I work for a software company based out of Montreal. I called Toronto AV Rentals a couple of days before a trade show for rental equipment. Not only were they able to accommodate my last minute request they also were at my trade show booth before me! With their rental equipment I was able to WOW all attendees as the show and generate more sales then I projected to make!

What a great team to work with. From the initial phone call to final piece of gear packed up and put away. Excellent crew sent for setup / tear down and tech on site while event was happening. Everyone was professional and very accommodating. We had a great experience with Toronto AV! The gentlemen who came and set up the TV were very professional and organized. They knew exactly how to set up the TV even though we were viewing the video in a public park. The speaker system worked perfectly as well and you were able to hear the video even from the far parts of the field. When it came to pack the TV up the gentlemen quickly brought the TV to the van without any difficulty. Overall Toronto AV has very resourceful, professional, and organized workers!

Mike & Toronto AV were top notch from the moment we received the initial quote to the execution and 4am call time on the day of our event. This team is one of most exceedingly professional group I have ever had the pleasure to work with. TIFF 2022 would not have been the same without these incredibly kind & hardworking individuals. Not only are they able to make everyone around them feel at ease, but they also actually enjoyed every moment of the event. I would do it all over again...and again!

Toronto Audio Visual Rentals' team are AMAZING. We had a 100 people partners' event in Toronto. Their team showed up on time and done an amazing jobs to set up the AV equipment. They are very easy to communicate with and they made sure the set up is according to our request. The price quote is also very reasonable. I will recommend them to anyone who will host a big event in the GTA area. We look forward to hiring them again for our next year big event.

Excellent experience. We used Toronto Audio Visual Rentals for a conference where we had about 150 people. They were very accommodating, on time and the tech they sent was super helpful in making sure we knew how to use the equipment. We have another event coming up soon and we'll definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Toronto Audio Visual Rentals
They are amazing and easy to deal with. I was so pleased with their service, professionalism, and sense of urgency. We hosted an outdoor event with 2500+ people attending in various tents. It was a very grassroots event where I was very dependent on all my contractors. Toronto AV were one of the easiest to deal with throughout the organization, implementation and post event. I was very happy with them, and look forward to using them again!
