I moved to Monkey Town about half a year ago with an old bike and not much else. 6 months later I still don't have much but this shop has provided the means to keep my 2 wheels on the road. The owner is experienced and well informed, not just as a technician but also as entrepreneur and fellow enthusiast. I had some misfortune with a lock I purchased, (possibly a mischievous attempt by someone), and the owner replaced it promptly. He didn't even need to do so but it helped me out immensely. This place provides a personal relationship that you can't get from buying bicycles or parts from a website or department store. Most of my friends already deal with this shop and I have yet to hear a negative word spoken about it. This is an honest review that you should consider before you shop around for your next bicycle related issue.

James is very friendly. He came into the shop yesterday to get me new tubes and when I came back today, he cleaned and lubed my chain free of charge. He also helped investigating the leak on my tube. He also gave me suggestions for the routes to Sydney so I can finish my bike trip across Canada. Highly recommend.

I initially had a good experience with this bike shop helping me free of charge with some very minor peddle work. I visited again and the customer service would probably be best described as: I don’t need or want your business. Seems like the person in charge only deals nicely with his already established clientele. If you want better customer service I highly suggest the other bike shops around town.

I had an excellent experience here. Brought my cheap Canadian Tire bike in for a tune-up and it works great now. The price for the service was great and he got it done quickly, especially considering it's the busy season. Bought an accessory, which was much better priced than the equivalent at Canadian Tire. Great experience.
