Matthew was our service technician and he was absolutely fantastic. He showed on time, went directly to work, required no direction and sanely discussed what he found and suspected before commencing correction work, which he did the same day. Immediate repair, same visit. Very welcome and very rare. He explained the problems, what was involved in the repair and priced each task with perfect clarity. After several hours in the cold, working hard on a ladder, he reported in to us and advised us of what future steps may be required if the wildlife doesn't leave our home through the newly-installed one-way gate. Again, perfectly clear and very helpful. Additionally, the next day we received a follow-up phone call from Hannah at the Head Office, informing us that five days later, we would be receiving a call from her in order to verify whether or not the behind the wall, wildlife noises have gone away. This call has yet to occur, as we are only at day three.Throughout the piece, everyone and everything we encountered with ICON was excellent and flawless. Steve came by this week and helped us with a raccoon situation. Steve was knowledgeable, professional and a nice guy to boot. He showed me videos of the roof where he prevented ingress of raccoons into our chimney stack. I came away happy that we would not have raccoons in our walls and that we did not get a breeding female laying raccoons in our wall.I was pleased with timeliness and also with quality of work done. Jordan did a fantastic job in securing our rooftop from unwanted visitors, both squirrels and raccoons. It brought peace of mind, knowing the raccoon that has taken up residence in the roof will exit from the one way door and we have taken measures to protect all roof vents from intruders. He was professional and was able to do all work in his first visit to our home. Very prompt and polite.

I called Icon Pest same day I discovered I had pests inside my house and technician Nima came right away. Within the next day he was able to remove them and also patch up the holes that were made from the pests. Definitely recommend!

Steve from Icon Pest Control arrived right on time for same day service. He did a good inspection to see where the raccoon was entering our porch roof. He located the nest and was able to carefully remove the babies and the mother left on her own to reunite with her babies. He then repaired the soffits he had to move and reinforced those areas. He and his co worker were very good at explaining what they were doing in what turned out to be a difficult extraction. They were a pleasure to have undertake and complete the work. I have already recommended him to two other friends.

Jordan was very responsive. He arrived the same day I phoned ICON. We had a dead squirrel in our new home in the wall and the odour was just aweful. Every other company I called couldn’t help us, only ICON did. Jordan cut part of the drywall and located the dead squirrel very quickly. Extremely personable and professional.
