Popped into the store yesterday to look for couch ended up scoring a 7 pc with ottoman sectional for $350!! The staff there explained that all the proceeds go to helping the community which was even more of a bonus...its clean, comfortable and inviting. 10/10 reccomend shopping here they have EVERYTHING!

I purchased a bench for $35 on the way to pick up my husband at work. I told them I would pick it up on way back in 20 min. When we arrived, there was now a $15 price tag on it and a man was about to buy it. The new manager was not very nice about the entire incident, and was confrontational and angry. She didn't see a problem and claimed she was new" so it wasn't a big deal. Very very unprofessional. New or not....you don't resell an item already purchased. I used to go there every day....I will not go there again now."

No public bathrooms, even if you buy things, even for a toddler was told to go across the busy street to maybe subway for my 2 year old.Bad planning we went after school at parkdale but their hours are very short, close at 4:30Wasn't told nicely that their washrooms are only for staff. Their truck also blocked the sidewalk this morning during school starting hours.Prices seem decent but high, there is also no tax but you need a certain amount to use debt or credit.

Amazing service from this store. I was in today and wanted to purchase a chair. The manager helped me out and explained delivery costs to me etc. I wasn't in need of any new furniture other than the chair. The manager was so kind to drop it off free of charge because it was on her way home! Right after that a gentleman came in saying the coffee machine he purchased wasn't working and the staff promptly fixed the issue. It was a great atmosphere and they now have a forever customer!

The managers are incredibly unprofessional and show a vast array of prejudice.Edit to respond: This is about my own personal experience at your establishment....? Myself and other queer members of the community have been met with bigotry. Please educate your staff.

The man taking the donations here has no problem swearing at you if he doesn’t like your items. He thinks he’s running a showroom or something. Don’t waste your time driving here to donate unless your items are pristine.
