I enjoyed the fries and coleslaw but the fish could use a Lil help! The fish n chips gor $20 a plate. A whole lot pricy for the breading is really thick breading. Not lightly beer battered at all...like in the commercial. Very disappointed and won't be back!

The service was great and the food was fresh. We arrived just before the lunch crowd, so it was nice to be quiet for some family discussion.

Food came quick, and was delicious. The service I had from the lady tonight at the take out part was disgusting. I saw the way she spoke to multiple people and her rude looks towards myself and others. Especially when people are super friendly and definitely don’t deserve that.

Worst Swiss Chalet experience I’ve ever had. I waited 10 mins before I was helped just to be ignored for another 5 mins then was finally helped. When I got home my food was cold and disgusting. The chicken tasted boiled and the sauce was watery. Never coming back!

We've been coming here for years. Food is usually made quickly and arrives to the table hot and fresh. Location needs updated though. It's really showing it's age with a beat-up party area, yucky washrooms and a continuously slick, greasy floor. Take-out has messed up our orders several times. One time I went to pick up our pre-paid takeout dinner and they already gave it to someone else, with a similar name! Then I had to convince them, for 15 minutes, that it wasn't us!! Incredibly accusatory cashier!!! FINALLY, they figured it out, made us a new meal and gave us some extra food. It just took an additional hour, for a very hangry family at home! Lol

Awful experience. First time here, ordered food for pick up. Went in and waited five minutes before being helped. A guy asked what we needed, said we were picking up and he walked away and never came back. Another girl came out 10 minutes later and was like what do you want? I don’t know who does the hiring here but reconsider your staff. Got the food home. Everything was cold. The chicken was disgusting. I’ve never had such gross chicken. Looked boiled. First and last time at this location.

I went with a old friend to catch up on life and enjoy eating ribs. Swiss Chalet is still a good place for chicken and ribs.

By far the worst chicken we ever had, very little meat. Was hard. The salad looked like it was scooped off a plate and put into a take out container. Worst Swiss Chalet ever.
