I went to this location to buy new summer clothes, I needed new shorts. Every pair of shorts I looked at didn't even have my size. I left the store frustrated and spent my money at Old Navy. Very poor selection and barley any large sizes. I think it's time to move on from bluenotes and shop somewhere else for now on.

There is no other store that I can compare this establishments horrible customer service to. I have never walked into this store and was greeted by anyone, not even a smile, rather the workers just stand and the front talking amongst themselves while also staring at you. I asked to use the change room on one occasion which apparently was a mistake as upon asking a staff member, she looked at another worker, sighed and walked to the change room to open it and then walked off. Not a single word spoken. I don't understand how a place receives so many bad reviews throughout the years and STILL does not bother to change. Wouldn't be surprised if they close as the clothes are mediocre at best. Not to mention the horrible quality.

Very poor customer service. The employees never greet any customers or offer help. I went to the store today and they did not have a shoe size. I asked the girl to call another location and do a size check and she said she dosent have the phone number. I asked if she could search it and she said she didn't know how?!? I also went there last week and the staff was on their cell phones and didn't even bother to greet or offer any help. Definitely wont be back here.

I first enter, three employees standing/leaning/talking amongst each other at the front counter, not one person with a greeting or a welcome. I then noticed there was not really a great selection of men's clothing, maybe because the store has more of a female crowd shopping there. Regardless of that I went to purchase some clothes and the three were still talking amongst each other about there personal problems out loud. The one employee with the glasses was looking at everyone up and down. Made me feel uncomfortable. But I noticed that is how the other employees were acting as well. I left the store with not even a goodbye from anyone. To be honest the prices were fair but customer experience, I felt unwelcome there.I'm giving one star because I feel like it would be such a better place if the staff had better attitude and wanted to work.

Second time that I have been to this location during store hours, but the doors are locked and store is closed. Annoying to drive out of your way to get here and store is not operational.

Friendly environment shopping with cooperative staff and extremely good price,I highly recommend visiting.

I had one of the managers harass me at the place they came in and called me out for nothing. And I called in but they al laughed. This is not okay for a manager to harass customers I wanna make a harassment complaint n talk to whoever is in charge. Because the manager I talked to had the other manager listening to my phone call bc I heard laughing. This is the worst place to go they don’t make you feel safe

My experience at this location has always been very pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff. Great clothing for a reasonable price.
