Michal was my instructor for Family Therapy at UBC. She knows her stuff and she is smart with great energy. She comes across as confident, strong and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed her as a teacher within my Masters Counselling program and would recommend her as a therapist to anyone.

Dr. Michal Regev - Registered Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist
Dr. Regev gave me some wonderful supportive tools for my anxiety, including ways of looking at panic in a different light. Combined with my CBT and Indigenous Tools for Living training, her help has built upon my daily practice that allows me to slow down, make observations and respond in more beneficial and serving ways.
