This place is quite busy so I had to wait ~30mins to get a table for 4.The food was really great. It was worth waiting.Pork belly: very tender and juicy. You must try this menu!Seafood rice: lots of seefood and veggies, the mixed in sauce was delicious.Soybean soup: it’s a beef soybean soup in a stone pot. It was hot and delicous. This is my personal favorite.Galbi: the meat was tender and not spicy. I liked the combination with ricecakes and potatoes.

Delicious and big portions! A busy place. More on the costly size, though there is a good range of prices from $12-$66 for a filling dish.We got takeout on a Monday evening because dining in had a really long waitlist—def make a reservation! Takeout for the 4 of us took around 30 min after ordering (understandable because we got 3 dishes and it was very busy) and it was nice and warm :-)The ricecakes are very yummy!! I would recommend the beef dish with rice cake and potatoes.

New ownership really turned this place around.We used to be frequent visitors of Damso, but after our last visit a year ago we were determined not to come back.We decided to give it a try again and discovered the ownership and menu changed.It was an amazing meal and probably our best one yet. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Went during dinner time around the weekend at 6pm and was able to get seated. I got to try their toppoki, rose toppiki and their spicy pork bulgogi.Despite the name suggests, the spicy pork bulgogi just has the right amount of kick that enhances the taste. Given the price, the meat to rice portion is actually more compared to other Korean places that serves little rice pots like this.The regular toppoki is standard nothing too special about it and is spicy (as usual). The rose toppoki on the other hand has the same ingredients as the regular toppoki, just added with sausages and mushrooms, but the sauce used is different. It's milder and not spicy as far as I recall. So, if you crave for toppoki but prefer creamier and milder option, then rose toppoki is recommended.

The service was just not bad like other Korean restaurants. In terms of AYCE, price was also just affordable. However, ridiculously, they put too much limit on time. Customers only have an hour for AYCE. It made me and my friend hurry and had to keep checking our remaining time. I rather go other BBQ place that are not a AYCE......To be honeset, Their AYCE is poor quality and not so tasty . Dining table was seriously too small. I was placing my phone and nepkins between my legs.

It's the best korean restaurant I've had recently. Gamjatang is the best on a cold day. But my favorite food is short ribs. Everything is delicious. Please order everything and eat it.
