I brought in an antique gold wristwatch in for repair. Two weeks later I got an estimate. In January I asked that they go ahead with the repair. They told me it would be ready in February. Today (late March), over two months later I went to get the watch. Nothing had been done to repair it. I didn't even receive a courtesy call to give me an update. This whole experience was a waste of time, energy and gas money. Find someone more professional.

I ordered a ring and was told it would be 175. I presented to pick up my ring and there was a customer being served. I waited and during my wait another customer entered the shop. The man working completely ignored me and helped the other customer. I had to wait for another employee to come back from her lunch break to be helped. When it came time to pay I was charged 228. The slip with the quote was not given back to me. I believe in supporting local business and was a return customer. They will no longer receive my business.

I had a repair done on both a quartz Citizen and a manual WW2-era Movado, the Citizen needing the stopwatch realigned and the Movado requiring a new mainspring and general cleaning of its internals.Both repairs were carried out at an extremely fair price within a reasonable time period and, above all, were done with the utmost care for the watches. I can safely say that if you're looking for your watch, no matter the age or condition, to be cared for as though it were their own, you've found the right place.

Very pleased with how friendly and quick the employee was who assisted me with fixing my watches. She changed two batteries and fitted one within 10 minutes. The battery replacements were $8/watch and the fitting was $6.50, I believe. I highly recommend going to them for any watch repairs.

Very satisfied with my experience here. I brought in a high end Rolex for a dial swap. John had it done in the same afternoon, for a very reasonable price. Watch winding and running smoother than when I dropped it off too. Thank you!

Went there with two wooden watches, one needing to be repaired one that needed a resizing. When I arrived he was able to fix my watch within seconds as if it had never been broken then proceeded to size my watch in a matter if minutes. He was knowledgeable, fast, polite and his price was beyond fair and inexpensive. Couldn't of asked for anything else.

So happy with the repair of engagement ring! When my husband proposed to me he did so with his grandmother's ring it was beautiful but a bit thin on the bottom so I brought it John's he put a new bottom shank. We planned our wedding and some how we forgot about the rings honestly how we did that I just don't know. Anyway we stopped in to John's and we ordered and had our rings in days not weeks like everyone else offered, now 14 years later the setting was very loose on my engagement ring so naturally I returned to John's. I couldn't be happier with the result as you can see below just perfect. I will not go anywhere else for jewelry or repairs John's will always be our first stop.
