Recently a friend recommended that I buy my papermaking supplies from The Papertrail and I was very pleased with the quality of products I received. I am familiar with papermaking and I have been looking for supplies for months now, so when I called to order (you can also email them) they were very helpful with placing my order and I received my tracking number in a timely manner.Their customer service was amazing and I appreciated the help I was given when I spoke to them on the phone.
