I went there to buy a phone case today. Prices are very affordable.The guy at the front was very helpful. Highly recommended

I was told that I would be getting a matte screen protector but they didn't install that. They also left a line mark down the middle that they said would go away and it didn't. They also left scratches on the top right corner. For $30.00+, I'd say save your money.

Great repair work done on my phone ! Had a broken camera glass on my Samsung, and they did it in under an hour. A huge shout out to them ! Would definitely recommend this place even though they are a kiosk, which surprised me. Thanks again for the great service !

Bunch of muppets running this shack. Don’t bother dealing with these scam artists. Stealing customers products, and damaging products while under their care. Cases and screen protectors are way too expensive as well, last time I went to these guys they charged me $10 to install a screen protector without telling me there was an installation charge.

CAUTION!!! DON'T BRING YOUR DEVICE FOR REPAIR HERE and take photos of your device before bringing it in for repairs if you do. I brought in an Android tablet to have the screen replaced. The tablet was brand new (no scratches or dents). When I went to pick it up it was full of scratches from when they tried to pry open the screen. The frame where the volume buttons are, was bent. The case that I brought the tablet it was cracked. When I told them that I wasn't happy with the work, they didn't say anything, they pretended that nothing happend. Strongly don't recommend this place for any kind of repairs. Very bad service, STAY AWAY!

Stay away from this place if you want proper customer service. I walked into the store the other day to see if I could purchase a screen protector for my phone. The guy behind the counter seemed unbothered about selling me a screen protector. It appears that my walking into the store seems to bother him.As I left, I wondered why they are operating a business if they do not want any customers.

Been there a few times now and I absolutely love the staff. They are very friendly and inviting at first sight and after. Took well care of my specific needs. Prices were very good compared to some other places I went prior to my visit here. Soban is a very helpful and kind gentleman overall. Definitely recommend stopping by next time you walk through cross iron.

I want to thank the owner for fixing my wife’s brand new IPhone 12, which was ran over by multiple cars on a highway. He completely replaced the back and front screen and also the camera. The quote I received from Apple was almost double of what mobilecare had charged me. They fixed it for very reasonable price. I am very pleased with their customer service. Lastly, with all the work I got done, they gave me a discount on a screen protector. They really care about their customers and provide excellent service. Will be returning again for all my phone issues :)

I would like to appreciate the services given to me today.Broke my device in Edmonton today and while coming back to Calgary I stopped by at Crossiron Mall. Mobile Care representative helped me beyond my expectations and gave me favour by staying late to fix my device.I must say Mobile Care made my day as I needed data from my device really bad and finally I can take a sigh of relief.Mobile Care crossiron will be my to go place now.Highly recommended!!!!
