Huckleberry's Cafe
We stopped in during week for lunch, the manager was out host, cheerful and quick with water and coffees, food was tasty and plentiful. Only drawback with the experience was the debit machine wouldn't work, I tried 3 different cards wouldn't take any, ended up paying cash. All in all I would recommend Huckleberry's as a destination diner.

We had dinner at Huckleberry and were delighted with the meal. My wife had the prime rib and I had a steak. Along with the vegetables both meals were delicious. A little off the beaten track but well worth it.

Huckleberry's is the definition of a cowboy themed restaurant. I personally think it should just be titled Huckleberry's because it is more a restaurant than a cafe. It is quite large, with dining, booths, as well as a bar. The decor and atmosphere is cozy and western. Little touches make the difference and this place is definitely unique. The food was also quite tasty. I appreciated how it tasted very homemade and fresh. We especially enjoyed the regular and the dill pickle poutine, yummy!!! My daughter also ordered the salmon and I was completely blown away. Usually, unless you're at the coast, the salmon is a sad, wilted display but here it was plump, juicy and tasted fresh (although I'm sure it was frozen). Very good! The service was also above average. I would definitely recommend.EDIT: Reply from management says salmon is flown in fresh which would explain a lot! Thanks for the heads up.

This is an every 2 week Cafe for myself. Often with a wrangler cut prime rib & a fantastic yorkshire pudding. Delicious. Try their whiskey cake and house soups. Paired with a jungle coffee this Cafe offers a relaxed family atmosphere with plenty to look at and enjoy. Great staff, beautiful people. I'll continue to come week after week.

I was so excited to come eat here cause I heard so many good things but left very disappointed. I ordered the beef dip only to be told they had none. So I went with the hot hamburger sandwich and it was terrible. It has zero flavour. The meat was not caramelized. The gravy was bland. I did have the dill pickle soup to start and that was the only thing I was happy for. Don’t get what I got.

it’s that small town treat that you always hear about. It’s that warm sunset that you always try to catch. what a great find. This gem has a ton of history and some great food. I would highly recommend the dill pickle soup. It leaves your mouth saying “that’s a really good pickle soup”.Brisket sandwich was nice. Would’ve been even better on a pretzel bun and drop the hummus but besides that the brisket is nicely smoked.Looking forward to my next visit.

This restaurant is fantastic! I've eaten here quite a few times over the years and I've always enjoyed the delicious food. Their specials are usually my Go To. Service is always very friendly and quick no matter how busy they are.I look forward to traveling to Wetaskiwin because I get to eat here.

Love this place, but this trip the service was a little under par. We were not asked about drinks. The special whitch was on the board and was sold out, and when I asked if I wanted pan potatoes or fries, I went with potatoes and got brought fries. The food was good, and the pickle soup was a little cold. I still recommend this place. Hopefully, it was just a bad day.
