Besroi Roofing & Siding

We hired Besroi to do the siding on the front of our house. We had one issue with something they had done and they came back and corrected it, the following week. Overall they were pleasant to work with, and the gutter crew who came out was really top notch - friendly, kept up informed, etc. The work they did was high quality and we have already called them back for an estimate on another project since we appreciated the quality of the work and the good service when something went wrong.

I cannot praise Besroi enough for their prompt and professional attention to our office building damage after the December 2022 blizzard! Everyone from Jessica, who handled our initial call and scheduling, to the workmen who promptly came, identified the issues and resolved them, were amazing. Had Besroi not been so prompt with the process our damage would have been much more extensive and expensive to repair.

Hank the principal of Besroi in Rochester repairs what can be fixed without trying to sell you a new roof. I appreciate the professionalism he offers. You will too.

I contracted with Besroi in October of 2021. They did not call to make appointment to do job. I called numerus times, but received no return call until March of 2022. They showed up but could not do roof as garage needed structural repair. They did not tell me this when they gave me contract in October. So Frank came out and gave me a estimate/contract for structural repair in March. And I called and I waited for a call back which never came. I finally called another company in June and my roof and repairs were done in July..Besroi has no customer service, perhaps if the job would have been larger they would have given me the attention I deserved.To be ignored, told lies and treated like second class. I can't give them more than one star and that is for Melissa and Jessica in the office who where professional and wonderful and very nice.

Hank at besroi along with the crew that did my roof repair and rerooof were the best. Great value the markup on cost was not much. Did a good sweep of the yard good work cleanup. Helped us out in a pinch. Would definitely use again. Thanks to hank and the crew for helping my family out.

From the estimate to completion, Besroi was thoroughly professional! Brian and Tim’s crew came exactly when they said they would; responsive to questions both by phone, in person, and email; properly installed high-quality Certainteed products; and were amazingly clean! Besroi roofing and siding is one of the best and most reliable companies in the area. Very prompt to show up when called for an issue and just as prompt on getting the issue/issues fixed as soon as possible. Everyone who works there is very experienced in a broad variety of of trades as well as very respectful. I highly recommend them as the company to call if you have any issues with roofing, siding, windows, doors, trim, gutters or even something as silly as replacing a vent cap that blew off in a wind storm. They're great both in the office and in the field!

We had damage on our garage door frame due to our snowplow contractor. The whole section had to be replaced. Besroi did a wonderful job! It’s perfect and is now brand new again!

Our new roof a beautiful!! This company took the time to come inside with my two busy toddlers and explain the types of roofs and the process. They are always in contact and keep us in loop. Brian has gone out of his way to speak with our insurance to straighten out questions. The crew came and they were so fast stripping and replacing the entire roof. They are patiently working with us on payment. I am so proud to have such a nice home improvement that we kept their sign out for forever. This company was facebook recommended to us through several friends-- and with good reason! Thank you Besroi!

Besroi installed a new roof within a reasonable time. The crew was on time and worked very hard. My only concern was that none of the crew spoke English, which made communication very difficult, when I tried to point out a few concerns. I would recommend at least one crew member on the job site who speaks English, to correct minor issues that I tried to point out. But Mike was great about coming to check the few things that needed to be done, and Mark came out within an hour, and everything was taken care of perfectly. The roof looks great and I am very happy with it! I would hire Besroi again in a heartbeat!
